By using Tripfy ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License & Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tripfy for personal travel planning. You may not attempt to extract the source code, modify the App, or use it for any illegal purposes.
2. No User Accounts
Tripfy is a login-free application.
- Data Persistence: Your itineraries are stored in our cloud database but are not linked to a personal identity (email/name).
- Loss of Data: If you delete the App or lose your device, Tripfy cannot "restore" your specific itineraries unless you have saved your unique 6-digit codes.
3. Shared Itineraries & 6-Digit Codes
The App allows you to share itineraries via a unique 6-digit code.
- Public Nature: These codes are the "keys" to your itineraries. Anyone with the code can view the contents.
- Security Disclaimer: You are solely responsible for whom you share these codes with. Tripfy is not liable for unauthorized access to an itinerary resulting from a shared or guessed code.
- Sensitive Info: Do not include sensitive information (e.g., door codes, passport numbers, or private addresses) in itineraries you plan to share.
4. Accuracy of Information
Tripfy uses the Apple Maps SDK and database searches to provide location data.
- No Guarantee: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that addresses, opening hours, or travel conditions are current or accurate.
- Verification: You must independently verify all travel details (reservations, safety, and locations) before traveling. Tripfy is not responsible for travel delays or inconveniences.
5. Subscriptions (Pro Features)
- Payments: All purchases are handled through the Apple App Store.
- Refunds: We do not handle billing or refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for any subscription-related financial issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripfy and its developers shall not be liable for any damages—including personal injury, financial loss, or travel disruptions—arising from your use of the App or reliance on the data provided within it.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
